Obtaining a Membership

Below you will find our current membership and refund policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. The policy listed below supersedes any other written document you may have received prior to today's date. Current Membership Policy

Effective immediately, the Professional Code of Conduct MUST be adhered to. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL CAIDC MEMBERS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS CODE OF CONDUCT. Any member found disregarding this policy may have their membership revoked by the CAIDC Membership committee without refund.

Current Refund Policy

ALL membership sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships at this time.

In the event that a multiple memberships have been purchased by the same individual for the same annual period, CAIDC will endeavour to refund the extra membership packages, until the member has been charged for only one of the desired memberships. 

Special transfer or refund case scenarios for memberships will be evaluated the CAIDC membership committee on a case by case basis, and they will provide justification and final course of action for each of these special cases.

If the services provided by CAIDC do not meet your needs, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to add value to services we provide.
