Embassy - Canada's Foreign Policy Newspaper reports that the new contribution agreements developed by CIDA now contain a requirement to get approval of all communications (which includes activities such as announcements, interviews, press releases, publications, websites and advertising, etc.). CIDA is requiring 60 days for approval. So that should have an impact on CIDAs profile offshore and the efficiency of the operations.
