CAIDC's History
The Canadian Association of International Development Consultants (CAIDC) is a non-profit corporation, federally registered in February 1993. A completely voluntary organization, CAIDC is run for and by international development consultants. We operate out of Ottawa, Ontario.
CAIDC's Purpose
CAIDC gives a voice to the concerns and interests of Canadian international development consultants. The Association's objectives are to:
- Foster excellence in international development consulting
- Promote the collective professional interests of international development consultants
- Provide a forum for members to exchange professional information and engage in professional development.
CAIDC' Professional Code of Conduct
CAIDC developed a Professional Code of Conduct that must be adhered to by all CAIDC members. You can find the code here.
